1. Must be at least 21 years of age and a member of the Silver Rewards Slot Club.
   
2. Promotion begins at 4:00pm on December 31, 2009 and ends with a drawing winner at 10:30pm that evening.
   
3. The Drawing will be held in front near the Promotion Booth at the drawing drum site. The drum is officially closed 1 minute before actual drawing time. The winner must be present and claim their prize within 1 minute at the Club area. Players should be in the area of the drawing and not rely upon the in-house paging system. A clock with official drawing time is located at the club at all times in clear view.
   
4. A Drawing will be held on at 10:30pm producing 1 winner
   
5. Earn Drawing Tickets as follows:
   Present Slot Club card or ID to Slot Club staff before 10:20pm to receive 2 tickets, or produce mailed coupon for 2 tickets. Players may not have more than 2 tickets in any case. In the event a player deposits more than 2 tickets in the drum, that player will be disqualified.
   
6. The winner of the drawing will be issued (52) $25 Free Cash Play vouchers dated for each week throughout 2010 beginning January 1 – 7, 2010. Winner will be able to present voucher at casino cage for cash each week.
   
7. The winner may only use the vouchers during the periods designated on the vouchers. In no case shall the dates be changed or extended. It is the players understanding and he/she willingly and knowingly accepts these terms
   
8. Silver Nugget and Opera House Casino employees and their immediate families (spouses and/or other household members) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
   
9. All winners of $600 or more must be able to present valid identification and SS # for tax purposes.
