1. Must be at least 21 years of age and a member of the Silver Rewards Slot Club.
   
2. The already ongoing Promotion continues with modifications on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 2:00 a.m.; the first regular drawing will be on Thursday, December 3, 2009
   
3. This promotion continues until January 2, 2009., which is the date of the last drawing.
   
4. Drawings will be held in front near the Promotion Booth at the drawing drum site. The drum is officially closed 1 minute before actual drawing time. Winners must claim prize at Club area. If present within 5 minute, the winner will receive a full prize as offered. If the winner claims their prize later than 5 minutes after the drawing but within 72 hours of the drawing, they can claim the prize at half value.
5. Players should be in the area of the drawing and not rely upon the in-house paging system.
   Players may win a maximum of (2) regular prizes per Friday or Saturday drawing, but only (1) regular prize per drawing time. Players may win (1) regular prize on Thursday and Sunday drawings.
   
6. Drawings will be held on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays through January 2, 2009
   On Friday, December 4, 2009, at each drawing time, (4) 50 Nugget Buck Bonus winners will be drawn following the regular drawings. Players may win (1) Bonus drawing at each time, and can still win (1) of the regular prizes at each time as well.
   
7. On December 31, 2009 (New Years Eve), we will feature 61 drawings. 3 names will be drawn every 15 minutes from 6:00pm – 12:00 am. Conditions for those drawings are separate and listed in rule #10
   
8. At all drawing times (exc. Dec 31), (6) winners will be chosen. They will receive “Silver Nugget Bucks” as shown in rule #9
   
9. The Prizes offered at each Fri & Sat 8:30 & 10:30 drawings are: The Prizes offered at each Thu 8:30pm & Sun 2:30pm drawing are:
   (1) – 500 Nugget Bucks (approx. $250.00 in prize ‘cash value’) (1) – 200 Nugget Bucks (approx. $125.00 in prize ‘cash value’)
   (2) – 200 Nugget Bucks (approx. $100.00 in prize ‘cash value’) (1) – 100 Nugget Bucks (approx. $50.00 in prize ‘cash value’)
   (3) – 100 Nugget Bucks (approx. $50.00 in prize ‘cash value’) (4) – 50 Nugget Bucks (approx. $25.00 in prize ‘cash value’)
   SILVER NUGGET BUCKS have NO CASH REDEMPTION VALUE. The “cash value” shown above indicates the worth of prize only.
   
10. On December 31, 2009, at each drawing 3 names are drawn and posted. Would-be winners have until the next drawing begins to claim their prize or it is forfeited. Players that are present and drawn will choose an envelope. Envelopes contain 50 or 250 Nugget Bucks.
    
11. A display of prizes will be located at the entrance of casino and maintained throughout promotion with various popular, low, mid, and high end retail value. Prizes will be replaced on a regular basis with selection changing as availability changes. No cash substitution will be awarded.
    
12. Players may either use their Nugget Bucks immediately or they may save them up throughout the promotion in order to get more valuable merchandise. All Nugget Bucks must be used by January 5, 2009
    
13. All prizes are rounded to the nearest 5 Nugget Buck value. We will issue Gift Cards for popular retail stores as change when guest has 10 – 20 Nugget Bucks left that they are not able redeem for any prizes.
    
14. Merchandise is non-returnable after issued under any and all circumstances. Merchandise will be inspected before issuing it to winners.
    
15. Earn Drawing Tickets as follows: (Tickets must be picked up on the day the points were earned)
    Slots –200 Earned Points = (1) ticket. It is the players’ responsibility to verify that their card is inserted correctly at all times.
    21 Pit – $3 or more Blackjack receives (1) tickets.
    Bingo – Each Single Winner receives (1) ticket.
    Additional Tickets may be awarded through other promotions or mailers as well. Drawing Tickets emptied at end of each month except December; the drum will continue through January 2, 2009
    
16. Silver Nugget and Opera House Casino employees and their immediate families (spouses and/or other household members) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
    
17. By participating in this promotion winners hereby give their permission to Silver Nugget Gaming LLC., and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
